Courtney came from LA where she worked as Master Stylist and director of education at Giuseppe Franco Beverly Hills for 15 years.
After attending the Vidal Sassoon academy she apprenticed for some major names in the hair industry, then traveled the country teaching cutting and coloring as a design team member and platform artist for L'Oreal.
Courtney’s favorite part of the job is working one on one with clients to achieve the very best haircut and color possible for them. She loves soft, natural, wash and wear shapes but would never shy away from precision cuts and clean lines. She appreciates all aspects of color from beachy balayage to creative hues.
Megan moved from Vancouver CA in 2006, leaving behind her background in fashion. After completing an apprenticeship in California, Megan worked at a top salon in Marina Del Rey, before moving to to Luxe lab salon. In 2015, Megan found her way north to Portland and to Gold+Arrow.
Megan thrives on travel and adventure and her active lifestyle requires her own hair to be low maintenance but still fashionable. Naturally, she aims to give the same to her clients by creating beautiful easy shapes and brilliant natural color. Whether your hair is long and layered, soft and curly, or short and textured, Megan will find the optimal look and teach you how to recreate the same at home.
As a L’Oreal Professionel educator Megan continues to explore her knowledge and she prides herself in keeping up with current trends in hair, fashion and beauty.
Born and raised in the Northwest, Lana started her career by moving to Los Angeles to attend the world-renowned Vidal Sassoon Academy. Because her true passion lay in color, Lana chose to become a color specialist to master the craft. She went on to work as a color specialist in Sassoon Salon San Francisco and then as a full-time color educator and platform artist for Vidal Sassoon Academy in Los Angeles. Missing the Northwest, the one-on-one connection with clients and the ability to wear sweaters and jackets year-round, Lana now resides in Portland. She's ecstatic to be at Gold + Arrow where she can focus her talents on providing each client the perfect tailored, effortless and individualized haircolor. Always striving to perfect her craft, Lana regularly takes advanced color education classes as well as continues to teach as a balayage educator.
